. The latest installation of motorized retractable monitors by the Arthur Holm company became a challenge due to the limited space available at the Qatar Olympic Committee's conference table.
It was necessary to provide the room with multimedia technology without breaking the interior and architectural design. The solution was the design of a customized product, a compact 12" motorized touch screen integrating the audio conferencing system into the same mechanism, so that the microphone was raised and retracted along with the monitor, thus optimizing the space.
The team's table cover was redesigned to have minimal dimensions and the Qatar Olympic Committee logo was laser engraved on it. The classic look of the Dynamic2 motorized monitor fit perfectly with the style of the room, sober and elegant, as well as with the table.
Thanks to the small size of the screen, the correct visibility of each of the participants was ensured as well as access to interactive technology. The inclusion of the motorized microphone system together with the monitor ensured the correct acoustics of the meetings. Here is the result, a classic table, equipped with the latest technology, only accessible when necessary.
