Latin America. Beyerdynamic will carry out the selection of a group or singer in the course of this year 2015, which will be equipped with the necessary microphones for the realization of their live presentations, the delivery of the product will take place in the city of Miami or in another city of America by common agreement between the chosen one and the company.
How the winner will be chosen
1. Data collection to be done at different events in the USA and Latin America between January and March 2015. Each data collection location will be announced in due course.
2. Beyerdynamic will study the information collected and examine each case individually to choose five vocalists or bands to compete.
The internal selection system of the five finalists will be based on:
For groups: musical genre with strong emphasis on Latin American musical culture, Spanish language, use of technical instruments of their region or the country they represent, originality, composition of own themes, followers, achievements and projection.
For vocalists: musical genre with strong emphasis on Latin American musical culture, Spanish language, originality, composition of own themes, followers, achievements and projection.
The finalists will be selected by beyerdynamic Latin America's Pro Audio team, with the advice and recommendation of the company's team of engineers based in Germany. The communication of the five finalists will be published through social networks and direct mail.
3. Those chosen will receive the package of instructions for the elaboration of a video clip of maximum one minute in superior format and quality where they will explain alluding to the rhythm of their hit song, why they should award the prize to their band or vocalist.
The Beyerdynamic group of choice will choose the two best videos which will be published online and participants will be given the opportunity to invite their followers to watch and vote for their video. The one with the highest positive votes will give way to the winner of the Beyerdyamic 2015 contest.
