Through Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Hospitality, the hospitality industry will be able to reduce infrastructure costs and improve operations by including tailored communications and connectivity and hospitality solutions delivered via the cloud or on-premises. Mobile Guest Softphone: a solution designed specifically for the hospitality industry, which allows guests to use their own mobile devices to access hotel services.
