Mexico. In the last version of the Consumer Electronics Show, CES, the Dell company presented a large number of solutions, among which are some important for the audiovisual industry, related to 8K monitors, HDR, and virtual reality.
With the launch of the first Mobile Workstation for virtual reality, Dell provides support for Oculus and HTC headsets, thus providing the largest number of opportunities for VR content creators.
The Dell Workstation uses the seventh generation of Intel® Core™ and Intel® Xeon® processors and features NVIDIA Pascal™ professional graphics cards. Being a mobile workstation, creators can develop VR content anywhere they find inspiration.
Another of Dell's novelties was the UltraSharp 32 Ultra HD 8K monitor, the first model on the market of 32 inches 8K. It has more than a trillion colors, 33.2 million pixels of resolution. Monitors that deliver this extreme level of resolution, clarity and gradation from Dell PremierColor are important in commercial fields where image depth is critical, such as photo and video editing, diagnostic research in medicine, and oil and gas exploration.
Additionally, Dell announced new monitors with the new HDR feature to enhance the visual experience through a wider range of colors for exceptionally vivid images, greater clarity with visibly more vibrant textures and higher contrast to capture a multitude of natural shadows and tones.
