Latin America. Shure announced that its recently launched digital signal processor, the IntelliMix P300 Conference Audio Processor, is now on sale, which was originally presented at the Integrated Systems Europe, ISE, 2017 show in Amsterdam.
The P300 offers Shure's IntelliMix DSP algorithms that significantly improve audio quality in video conferencing, also provides diverse connectivity options and seamless compatibility with Shure's Microflex Advance™ and Microflex®® Wireless wireless microphone solutions for audio and video conferencing.
The IntelliMix P300 is a small, easy-to-install equipment that offers a feature-rich professional conferencing technology that enables highly intelligible and collaborative meetings in small and medium-sized rooms.
The new processor can connect up to eight Dante microphone channels to a room video system, USB soft codec or mobile device. Each channel supports multiple IntelliMix DSP functions, such as acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), noise reduction, and automatic gain control, plus the best automatic mixing. These functions use two-way transmission communication that allows meetings to be held without echo or noise.
The fixed architecture provides simple and intuitive setup, resulting in less DSP programming and commissioning time in the room. USB connectivity allows the P300 to be used with common soft codec programs such as Skype and BlueJeans, and thanks to the 3.5mm connector, any remote participant can easily be incorporated into the conversation with the help of a cell phone or tablet. Its compact half-rack design allows for discreet installation behind a screen, under a table or on a shelf.
