Latin America. M-Force is the latest sound amplification system released by the company Powersoft, which was exhibited for the first time the second week of April within the framework of the Prolight + Sound fair in Germany.
Amplification in switching mode is still a relatively unused source of unexplored potentials, one of them being the ability to handle peculiar loads, just as the M-Force does: a transducer that behaves completely differently compared to traditional speakers.
M-Force redefines the notion of a traditional transducer, with its parallel moving magnets generating linear motion, overcoming all the limitations brought by the need to intentionally waste energy to move the mass of a moving coil.
This linear movement is achieved without the assistance of any rotary to linear converter, making M-Force a native push-pull device, capable of delivering perfectly symmetrical operation. Brute force alone allows the box's volume-to-SPL ratio to be dramatically reduced, while retaining amazing sonic performance, allowing for extremely deep and defined bass.
Capable of handling forces up to 20 times larger than their conventional counterparts, when compared to traditional transducers, the M-Force deploys a completely new spectrum of application possibilities that is not necessarily limited to the field of audio.
The new M-Force 301P01 introduces a number of added solutions aimed at simplifying the work of our OEM partners, including:
• Simpler implementation - the engine and diaphragm are now coupled into a robust chassis
• Better heat dissipation - the chassis was designed to better handle heat diffusion
• Improved magnetic spring action – motor and magnets separately are now tasked with delivering linear motion without the need for an external spring
• High voltage connectors - integrated inside the motor itself
