Mexico. Li-Fi is the latest technology used to transmit audio through the halo of light emitted by LED lights. This was adapted by the Mexican company Sisoft to present the first line of Li-Fi-based products, denomida SoundLedCom.
This line is composed of headphones, stereos, mini-components and speakers. According to company representatives, equipment with Li-Fi technology solves the problems of radio frequency interference and the limited range to transmit information. When the device is under the beam of light, the user will be able to count on sound without affecting its quality.
The new audio equipment opens up a whole new world of possibilities for commercial spaces, such as bars. The directors of the company gave as an example that through the headphones a bar will be able to send different types of music according to the preference of its customers without causing interference between those who are at one table and another.
Li-Fi is a new wireless transmission technology that makes use of LED light to transmit data instead of radio waves (Wi-Fi). The technology, also known as visible light communications (VLC), uses fast pulses of light to transmit data.
For the commercialization of the products, the manufacturing company arranged its website www.si-soft.com.mx through which you can find the steps for the installation of the system, which, depending on the size of the space to be used, will yield the number of LED bulbs required for the operation of the audio system.
