Wavetec presented a solution to improve customer service

Latin America. Wavetec, a leading global company in its industry, developed "Opinion Plus", a team that helps to identify in real time the problems and opportunities faced by different product and service companies.

This feedback system, together with data collection mechanisms, drives brands to improve the shopping experience, engage in dialogue with consumers and significantly improve customer satisfaction performance. This product has already begun to be marketed throughout Latin America.

Brands have to invest between 600% and 700% more to attract a new customer, for each lost, and in part it is because a bad service permeates a greater number of consumers. Therefore, companies are in a constant search to offer an exceptional service to the user, to create regular and lasting consumers. Now with "Opinion Plus" you can have customer feedback.

It is estimated that 91% of dissatisfied customers would not return to a business after a bad experience, and of them 78% would stop making a purchase in the establishment even if they already had the planned acquisition, which is a significant loss for the service and / or product company.

"At Wavetec we have not focused on detecting the problems of companies and offering them comprehensive solutions, such as "Opinion Plus" which is an intelligent resource that easily obtains feedback from customers. And the important thing is that in this equipment you can design and create filling screens, it also helps to measure data collection and the slides are available to activate a continuous flow of questions," said Tobias Bessone, Deputy General Manager of Wavetec. He added "... allows to analyze the custom of the results obtained, and to perform a regression analysis of the data collected. It helps to generate insights into customer behavior and preferences, thus providing the necessary tools to improve the quality of service of companies." 

The management, analysis and reporting of Opinion Plus are done through the Wavesphere Management portal, which allows the analyzed data to be presented from different perspectives. It allows the possibility to explore and evaluate the data in different hierarchies, and all in an orderly way in branches. But in addition to user feedback, you can measure increased levels of consumer loyalty, create an expanded user base, and have information about the customer to take concrete actions that lead to better decision-making, streamlined processes and increase brand image.
