Sony advanced its news in video and audio for 2016

CES 2016. Sony unveiled the new product line it plans to launch in 2016 at ceS. Sony's BRAVIA 4K TVs deepen their development in design and image quality, offering the user a next-generation visual experience in their living room.

The wide and growing range of audio products offers different ways to enjoy music, adapting to the personal and exclusive taste of the user, from high-resolution audio ("Hi-Res") to extra bass "extra bass".

Its line of digital imaging products allows you to capture those outdoor moments that would otherwise be easily lost, preserving the most important facts of life with an incredibly real level of detail.

Finally, the products in the Life Space UX series integrate seamlessly into your home environments to redefine the entertainment experience. Throughout the year, Sony will introduce new products in each of these categories.

At its booth, Sony also showcased one of its next-generation technologies: Backlight Master Drive. This technology further increases brightness and contrast to take full advantage of the combined potential of 4K HDR content. The demonstration of the Backlight Master Drive technology was carried out with an 85" prototype that manages to enhance the accuracy of the backlight with an ultra-high density direct LED backlight system.

In addition, Sony revealed ULTRA, a new app from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment that will launch this year in the United States. With ULTRA, you can buy and stream 4K HDR movies and TV shows – the best new and classic titles from Sony Pictures' 4K digital library – directly to the Sony BRAVIA TV

Three new products will be added to the h.ear series, which not only offers high-resolution audio ("Hi-Res") of incredible clarity but also represents a style statement with its attractive colors. "h.ear go" is a portable wireless speaker easy to carry from one place to another. The "h.ear on Wireless NC" noise-canceling wireless headphones and the "h.ear in Wireless" wireless headphones complement the previously released wired headphones.
