Sennheiser announces a new addition to its Professional Wireless Range: digital 6000 Series radio microphones that deliver outstanding audio quality and robust RF wireless transmission for demanding live productions.
The series uses the same long-range mode and Sennheiser Digital Audio Codec as the Digital 9000 Series. Composed of a two-channel receiver in different versions, a bodypack and a handheld transmitter as well as a recharging unit for rack mounting.
Digital 6000 employs true bit diversity technology, transmitter error corrections and Intelligent Error Concealment.
For data security, a feature that is particularly important for conference and corporate use, the Digital 6000 features interchangeable AES 256 encryption.
The Digital 6000 Series will be available from March 2017.
