The CC-28 has been designed to offer comfort and ease of use, boasts best-in-class audio quality, with a frequency response of up to 14kHz.
The CC-28 features a 4-pin XLR connector and is a lightweight single-ear headset with an overhead design and a flexible gooseneck microphone. The dynamic microphone of the headphones can be muted by moving the microphone arm; if you turn up, the microphone is muted, while if you turn down in front of your mouth, silence is canceled. The CC-28 is the functional replacement for the CC-26k lightweight headset.
The dynamic microphone features a cardioid polar pattern to limit noise coming from the back of the user, and the CC-28 has been upgraded to include a larger headset with a faux leather pad that provides greater ear coverage than the CC-26k. The CC-28 is ideal for environments where audio quality and comfort over a long period of time are paramount, such as broadcasting, theatre and film/television studio applications, and where full noise cancellation or covered headphones are not required.
