The SC-HD-2B is a 4K scaler and audio extractor capable of scaling DVI or HDMI video to a 4:4:4 resolution of 4K at 60Hz, taking advantage of the ability of the HDMI signal to integrate audio along with the video or descale the audio and emit it in digital analog or stereo signal.
The equipment allows the manipulation of the output video to reflect it vertically, along the Y axis, and horizontally, along the X axis. You can also control the hue, saturation and other outgoing parameters of the video. The mirror function is useful for rear and teleprompter projection systems.
In turn, the audio built into the HDMI output can be selected from one of three sources: HDMI input, L/R analog input, or digital optical input.
The SC-HD-2B can output a wide range of resolutions regardless of input timing and resolution. The output resolution can automatically match the native resolution of the connected screen (depending on the EDID settings of the display), or it can be specified by the user.
It offers an OSD menu for settings, image settings, system information, and other advanced options. The compact and robust housing features integrated mounting brackets.
