The HC 402 series of cost-effective collaboration systems for meeting spaces combines video switching, scaling, signal extension and system control on a wall plate transmitter paired with a receiver.
Extron's advanced scaling technology ensures excellent image quality with maximum detail and color accuracy. For an effortless user experience, built-in control capabilities make it easy to automatically change the source, control the display, and integrate with occupancy sensors.
It has a signal extension for video, audio and power of up to 70 meters on a shielded Cat cable. Integrative features include selectable output resolutions, stereo audio descaling, and remote power capability. To enhance application flexibility, the HDMI input on the receiver allows connection from a local source, such as an Extron ShareLink Series wireless collaboration gateway.
In addition, its Ethernet connectivity facilitates the management, monitoring and control of AV devices through a standard network infrastructure, while the integrated control functionality eliminates the need for additional equipment.
Wall plate transmitters are available in US decorator format and in EU and MK formats suitable for professional installations worldwide.
