Extron Electronics introduces the HAI 100 4K, an audio embedder that embeds two analog audio channels or two S/PDIF digital audio channels into the HDMI output signal.The HAI 100 4K includes an HDMI input and output, stereo analog audio, and S/PDIF audio inputs. It supports HDCP, supports data rates up to 10.2 Gbps, and supports video resolutions up to 4K.
It also includes easy-to-integrate features such as adjustable gain control for analog audio input, EDID Minder to simplify EDID management between the input source and the display, as well as HDMI input cable for equalization and full display of the LED status of the display.
The compact 1" (2.5 cm) high, quarter width rack size, simplifies installation in a variety of applications.
Additionally, to compensate for the lost signal along the input cables, HDMI signals are equalized up to 50 feet (15 meters) in 4K or 100 feet (30 meters) in 1080p/60 when using Extron HDMI Pro cables.
LEDs on the front panel offer real-time device status monitoring, including HDMI input, output signal presence, and HDCP authentication.
