Russound
Russound's MCA-88X multi-zone digital controller amplifier with built-in streaming player function, XStream, offers up to eight zones of distributed audio for up to eight audio sources.
Scalable to 48 zones, the MCA-88X offers numerous options for residential or light commercial distributed audio systems. Designed with a variety of input options to connect up to 8 sources in total, all with analog audio circuit outputs that can be at fixed or variable level. The Bluetooth connection allows the installation of the amplifier in a rack of equipment, while remotely locating Russound's optional BTC-1X Bluetooth receiver up to 300' away. In addition, the BTC-1X improves audio quality through the aptX high-performance audio codec®.
Russound's open IP-based protocol, RIO (Russound I/O), allows integration with IP-based control systems for control and two-way communication with the MCA-88X.
In addition to dedicated keyboards and touchscreen control options, the free MyRussound App (iOS and Android) controls all Russound Ethernet-Connected products connected on the LAN.
