Roland Systems presents its new V-1600HD video switcher, a device designed for any live event that requires both a large number of channels and a high variety of video input formats.

The switch has a built-in preview monitor that provides a monitoring solution when external monitors are not available or convenient. The 16 inputs provide connectivity for HD/SD-SDI, DVI-D/HDMI, RGB, component, S-video and composite video formats, as well as assignable still images via a USB stick.

The 14 mix channels provide built-in frame synchronizers and scalers for smooth, seamless mixing regardless of resolution or format.

Independent dual multi-format outputs provide innovative output options with multiple displays, including the ability to transmit mixer output to two projectors with the ability to merge the center edge.
