The first edition of TecnoMultimedia 2010 takes place with great interest on the part of the public attending the congress, who have actively participated in the talks, asking numerous questions to the speakers about new technologies and their applications in different areas.
Among the scheduled conferences, one of the busiest and most attended by the public was that of Luis Carlos Rodríguez of Fasst Lighting, who spoke on "LED lighting: myths and realities", in which he explained the characteristics of this lighting system and its benefits, as well as its current applications in vehicles, traffic lights, displays in playback devices, among others, and explained the future projections of this technology.
Rodríguez concluded his talk with an estimate for 2025, where it is expected that by that year one in three light sources will be based on LED technology.
For his part, Juan Montoya of Bosch Colombia explained the new technologies in audio management and made a comparison between several systems such as Cobranet, Ethersound and Dante, exposing the advantages between them, delving deeper into this topic during the panel "Management of digital networks for the integration of AVI systems", the last talk of the day.
The first version of TecnoMultimedia will culminate on Friday, November 5, with more conferences on the management of new audio, video and lighting technologies.
