Colombia. As a complement to the academic program organized by InfoComm International, this year the attendees of TECNOMULTIMEDIA - INFOCOMM will visit the Atanasio Girardot Stadium, and especially the audio and video facilities that were carried out within the framework of the U-20 World Football Championship held in Colombia a couple of months ago.
Among the works of conditioning of the Atanasio Girardot Stadium there are multiple remodeling and adaptations to the facilities of this mythical sports scenario, such as the press room, press conference room, sound system, unified command center, from where all the AV facilities are controlled, among others, which can be visited by those attending the second version of TECNOMULTIMEDIA-INFOCOMM MEDELLÍN 2011.
Among the many novelties that can be appreciated during the visit, the nine Bosch speakers that hang from the roof of the Occidental grandstand stand out, as well as the 150 additional speakers at other strategic points, including 40 bugles that are directed to the outside, so that the sound is felt on the sides of the sports stage, that with this large investment is now considered as a functional and modern stadium.
The visit will take place on Tuesday, November 8, from 10:00 a.m., and will be guided by Ordonel Ismman, who is the person in charge of the operation of the AV facilities of the Atanasio Girardot Stadium.
TECNOMULTIMEDIA-INFOCOMM MEDELLÍN 2011 will be held on Wednesday, November 9 and Thursday, November 10 at the Plaza Mayor Convention Center in Medellín, Colombia.
