Mexico. InfoComm International has extended the deadline until May 15 to submit conference proposals for the fourth version of TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Mexico 2014, a fair organized together with AVI Latin America magazine.
From August 20 to 22, at the World Trade Center, in Mexico City, the educational program will take place that seeks to provide professionals in the AV industry with tools to better perform their work and strengthen companies, as well as the sector.
This 2014 the conference program will feature seminars for professional development and InfoComm Industry Conferences.
Seminars may include topics such as: AV installation and design best practices, new and upcoming AV standards, video signals and video conversion format, HDBaseT, AV System Specification, acoustics and the fundamentals of AV design vision, project management for audiovisual projects, among others.
The InfoComm Industry Conferences, which seek to deliver AV technology information to professionals in specific disciplines, will focus on the Live Events and Promotion industry, as well as the Information Technology (IT) industry.
Talks for the Live Events and Promotion sector can include topics such as:
advanced acoustics, live transmission for media events, transmission of digital signals over long distances, management of interactivity with archive and live images, among other topics of interest to professionals of Live Events and promotion.
For information technology (IT) industry professionals, such as technicians, department directors or IT managers, the conferences will focus on topics such as: Audio and Video in IT infrastructures; what IT professionals want and need to know about Audio and Video; digital signage; media broadcasting; case studies or any other topic of interest to IT professionals.
It should be noted that presentations must be educational, not biased in favor of a particular company or product or contain sales arguments; the duration of each lecture is normally 60 minutes.
Proposals can be submitted in Spanish or English, but the presentation at the event must be in Spanish. Proposals can be submitted through the forms in English and Spanish.
