Extensive educational program at Tecnomultimedia InfoComm Mexico

Mexico. Between August 12 and 14, the audiovisual industry will have its annual appointment in Mexico in a new version of Tecnomultimedia InfoComm. In 2015, the fair will offer an extensive academic program by leading industry professionals.

As part of the academic program, lectures will be presented with topics such as Technological innovation in banks; The digital revolution at the point of sale; Understanding the personality of the screens in Digital Signage; IP control solutions for the hospitality market; Integration of streaming in retail applications; Implementation of a digital signage system, where to start and what is important.

There will also be two special sessions: a panel in which they will talk about how to measure in digital signage in Mexico and a success story of HP / Aeromexico.

As part of the academic program, training will be held for the Audiovisual Technical Exam Recognized by InfoComm, RAVT, which allows to demonstrate their knowledge of common vocabulary and audiovisual technology, in addition to providing a bridge for the CTS certification of InfoComm (Certified Specialist in Technology), accredited by ANSI. The passing score of this 100-question exam is 80% or higher and generates a certificate that is sent by email.

With this module training you can prepare to then take the exam at no cost during the three days of TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Mexico at the InfoComm Stand (with prior reservation of your quota).

As presenters will be:

Nelson Baumgratz, CTS-D, InfoComm International Country Manager for Brazil. He is a civil engineer and electronics technician. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in technology education. He has dedicated over 35 years to AV-related industries, ranging from VHF transmitter design and manufacturing to IT consulting and software system design. 

Cristian Mecalco, Manager of Kolo Academy. He has a degree in Communication Sciences with a specialty in advertising. He has written more than 350 articles on DS in Academy.kolo.mx. Collaborator of the board of directors of the Digital Signage Mexico Association. 

Carlos Salomon, CTS, Rocketerias Project Manager. She studied composition at the National Conservatory of Music of Mexico, Communication Sciences at UIC and is currently studying Hispanic Language and Literature at UNAM. He is a Certified Technology Specialist by Infocomm. Author of the books "Fundamentals of Audio, and Introduction to MIDI edited by Corporación Digital.

Peter Lindsey, Director of Business Development, Telefónica On The Spot Soluciones Digitales. He has more than 15 years of international experience (USA, England, Switzerland, France, Mexico and Spain) in business development, e-commerce and marketing. 

Leo Cothros, Territory Manager, Global AV Network: More than 20 years of experience in the audiovisual and connectivity industries. He served as Sales Director for Latin America for top-tier companies such as Christie Digital, AMX, Synelex and Evans Consoles.

Josefina Reyes Vite - CTI Manager, Crestron Latinoamerica: Communications and Electronics Engineer. 12 years working in Crestron Latinoamericana, seven (7) years have been in the field as a programmer and technical support implementing Crestron systems nationally and internationally.

Sergio Enrique Gaitán Serrano, Country Manager for Mexico at InfoComm International. Graduated in Marketing from the Universidad del Valle de México, he has 13 years of experience in the AV industry in integration companies in Mexico.
