OPTICA 2000, a company of the El Corte Inglés group, has implemented a Digital Signage system in its network of stores with the aim of optimizing communication with the client. During the first quarter of 2011, the company will complete the installation of the dynamic marketing platform Odysii Marketing Intelligence in its 104 stores in Spain and Portugal.
The Odysii integrator provides OPTICA 2000 with a comprehensive solution by putting at your service a team of professionals in charge of all areas of the project: prior audit of each store, design and development of personalized supports, animation of contents, distribution of these to the stores, and of course, monitoring and maintenance of all the elements of the system.
Each of the 104 OPTICA 2000 stores has a tailor-made hardware and content channel solution. Thus, as many channels as there are different types of stores have been developed, grouped according to the services they offer, geographical location or even customer profile.
Soon the possibility of integrating the tool, of great flexibility, with other compatible applications such as mobile marketing, facial recognition systems, augmented reality, etc. will be evaluated.
