Mexico. With growth rates of more than 35%, for the company Broadsoft, Mexico is an important focus of attention in the Unified Communications sector, since the country is its sixth most important market of the eighty countries in which it has a stake.
In this country, the company sees multiple opportunities as local telecommunications providers grow at a steady pace and companies are increasingly demanding unified communications services that include voice, video, text messaging, which are part of BroadSoft's portfolio of services.

According to IDC projections; Globally, unified communications will grow by 30% between 2015 and 2017, representing a market of US$27 trillion. The largest increase is generated in communications with voice over IP, one of the trends that is being shown in that sector is the adoption of the use of cloud solutions by most companies in Latin America, as is already a fact in Europe.

Given the importance that Mexico represents for BraoadSoft, during the 17th and 18th of May, two events were held in Mexico City - Mexico City Connect and Technical Connect - in which customers of this company, suppliers and partners in Latin America participated.
"Mexico is part of a tour that includes: Tokyo, Paris, London, Hong Kong and Melbourne. The first day was focused on product managers, solution architects, sales leaders, Marketing Directors and aimed to show how to increase revenue streams in their current markets. The second day was aimed at network engineers, architects and operations staff who are involved in the design, delivery and support of BroadSoft platforms," says Sanchez.
The company provides unified communications software and cloud services to more than 700 service providers in 80 countries.
