Mexico. Latin America, and mainly markets such as Mexico and Colombia, are key to Tripp Lite's growth in the region, so the company will continue to invest and place emphasis on these countries, said Shane Kilfoil, senior VP of International Business at the company.
"Mexico has always been one of our key markets. It is one of our largest representative offices outside the United States and we will continue to invest. When we look at this, we know we need to focus on regions that are nuclear to us," he said during the unveiling of the new line of UPS power distribution safety solutions.
And he added, during his visit to the Mexican capital: "For example, Mexico and Colombia have what we need and the client platform with which we can be successful. Tripp Lite is prepared to grow in fundamental areas and allocate the necessary resources for what is planned".
Kilfoil highlighted Tripp Lite's customer service in Mexico: "Being a service provider, one of the most important segments is service. For example, in Mexico we have more than 30 representative offices where we can provide customer service offering solutions. We are well positioned, ready to continue leveraging the existing structure. We want to give certainty by giving a good service, especially when more complex solutions have to be given."
The executive stressed that an important segment for the company in Latin America are its three-phase products: "We are trying to improve the offer we had with three-phase products. We have everything, but we must improve what we already have. Tripp Lite is a company that is reaching a transformation. We are a company with a wide range of products that are being improved and we are offering a whole range of solutions."
