Argentina. Buenos Aires will host, next December, the XI Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization (WTO). Argentina is the first Latin American country to host the first meeting of trade ministers, the highest decision-making body held every two years.
Within this framework, Convergencia DS was the company selected – through the organizer of the Messe Frankfurt event and the WTO Technical Authorities – for the installation and management of an "Electronic Bulletin Boards" Display System that has the function of linking and synchronizing the WTO agenda through distributed Digital Screens, according to the need, to the different locations.
The Streems technology, exclusive to Convergencia DS, will be implemented in the servers destined to the event, to provide real-time information on the agenda of activities, rooms, communications, schedules and news, synchronizing automatically from the organization's databases, taking the changes and modifications in real time, allowing the correct synchronization of activities and communicating the news to all participants.
The extensive experience of Convergencia DS and the Netsafe security protocol –which guarantees the highest standards of network security for Digital Signage circuits- were key factors to confirm us as providers of the platform.
