Latin America. The company Powersoft held a series of presentations and seminars in the cities of Salvador, Recife and São Paulo (Brazil), Montevideo (Uruguay) and Buenos Aires (Argentina), with the help of its local distributors.
In Brazil
The meetings in Brazil were held together with River Music Pro, Powersoft's distributor in the country. The first was in the city of Salvador, Bahia, within the event called "Super Audio Week", which brought together different conferences for professionals in the sector.
During it, an overview of the company and its product lines was presented, as well as a preview of the new software version that the company will launch later this month. The seminar was given by Gilberto Morejón, sales manager for the Powersoft region, Luca Stefani consulting engineer for Powersoft and the product specialist for Brazil, Gera Vieira.
The second was in Recife, Pernambuco, where a detailed Harmony Pro Audio Suite seminar was offered, by Powersoft's new application engineer, Thiago Terra together with Gera Vieira.
The last date in this country was in São Paulo where Thiago and Gera held a seminar more focused on the line of facilities that was held at the senai technical institute (National Service of Industrial Learning), where a course for the preparation of audiovisual installation technicians began. This activity opened the doors for an extensive collaboration between SENAI and Powersoft in the preparation and training of future integrators in the new techniques and technologies applied in our products.
In Uruguay
Montevideo was the place chosen to carry out the first official Educational Activity of Powersoft in Uruguay. The event was organized together with Equaphon, Powersoft distributor in Argentina and Uruguay, and was a seminar focused on the optimization of sound systems using the Armonía software.
Here also Thiago and Gilberto were present to provide the attendees with all the necessary information about the company and the operation of the software to help them in their professional activities.
In Argentina
The activities in this country were twofold: a Harmony seminar also focused on the optimization of audio systems in the Equaphon factory, and another at the University of Palermo.
In the Equaphon factory, within the engineering department, a workshop was held for sound engineers from the most important and recognized rental companies. On this occasion, the objective was to train them on everything that the latest version of the Armonía software currently allows. To do this, the attendees had the software installed on their laptop, in order to be able to simultaneously apply and practice the contents developed by Thiago.
At the University of Palermo, Powersoft's line of amplifiers for installation was highlighted, which includes the Duecanali, Quattrocanali and Ottocanali series, as well as explaining their interaction with the Armonía software.
Gilberto added: "These were important activities in cities that are not normally part of the general circuit of seminars for companies in the sector. Salvador and Recife in the north of Brazil and Montevideo were highlights where we have held seminars for the first time with very good repercussion, so much so that participants are already asking when we will do other conferences with more details in the Harmony software."
