International. The electrical infrastructure and network solutions company, Panduit, has acquired Atlona, a closed negotiation at the meeting held at Atlona's headquarters offices in San Jose, California.

Their industry-leading solutions complement Panduit's extensive portfolio of physical infrastructure, enabling us to offer our customers a quality, end-to-end solution as they require increasingly complex network infrastructure systems," said Dennis Renaud, CEO of Panduit.
Ilya Khayn, CEO of Atlona, added: "There are strong synergies between our companies, including a culture of delivering innovative, high-quality, user-oriented solutions, along with exceptional customer support capabilities. This alliance will ultimately provide our market channels with a single-source solution and expand our presence around the world."
As part of the acquisition, the Atlona team will join Panduit's enterprise business group. Atlona will continue to serve its customers from its headquarters in San Jose, California, for all inquiries that are related to sales, customer service and training.
