Mexico. PSNI Global Alliance awarded Viewhaus Sistemas, located in Guadalajara, Mexico, and Level 3 Audiovisual, based in Mesa, Arizona, the "Best Places to Work in AV" award for 2018. This award recognizes members of the PSNI Global Alliance who exceed the key employee performance metrics identified by PSNI's exclusive Employee Engagement Survey.
With the highest employee response rate in survey history, the following objectives were measured and analyzed:
● Overall level of employee engagement within the network and compared to previous surveys
● Work attributes that allow to boost the participation of employees in the member company and in the audiovisual industry.
● Understanding employee perceptions in areas such as leadership, labor relations (employee to supervisor and employee to co-worker), culture, growth, and opportunities.
Based on an analysis by an independent research firm, PSNI Global Alliance awarded Level 3 Audiovisual recognition as "The Best Place to Work in AV" for companies with more than 50 employees; while Viewhaus Sistemas was awarded the recognition as "The best place to work in AV" for companies with less than 50 employees. These recognitions were granted for the work carried out by these companies during 2018.
The survey asks respondents to identify their confidence in leadership, organizational culture, responsibility to work, potential for achievement, effective communication, and hiring like-minded employees who fit within the organization.
Among other information, the survey found that, overall, 85% of employees of companies affiliated with the PSNI Global Alliance are satisfied with their employment and 94% of employees like the type of work they do for their employer.
The director of Viewhaus, Juan Carlos Medina, highlighted: "I am very proud that within the framework of our 16th anniversary, Viewhaus has received this distinction, which for me, is one of the most important we have received in our career. Since the creation of Viewhaus I have been very clear about the objectives, and one of the most important was to make the people who work in this company happy, it sounds like a very simple task, but it has been one of the biggest challenges I have faced, so receiving this recognition, makes me feel that we are doing things well. "
He added that "This award commits me even more to continue looking for this company to continue like this, world class and to make all the professionals who work here find a home and a good place to stay. I take this opportunity to thank all our customers, suppliers and my collaborators for these 16 years and I hope that we will continue to reap many successes."
