Mexico. Doctor Display, a Mexican company specialized in the repair and maintenance of professional audiovisual equipment, is Christie's new authorized service center in Mexico.
Doctor Display will offer technical support to the entire range of Christie products (excluding cinema), such as projectors, LCD panels, LED solutions, video processors and controllers for markets such as control rooms, videowalls, corporate, events, broadcast, digital signage, entertainment, etc.
"The truth is that this agreement with Doctor Display was not a difficult decision, since this company has a great prestige in the technical support, repair and maintenance of professional equipment in Mexico," said Vinicius Alves, Christie's service coordinator in Latin America.
He added: "The alliance with Doctor Display will also allow us to sell our products in Mexico with a local warranty, while speeding up the after-sales service and the marketing of spare parts. All this will contribute to further improve the excellent service we want to provide to our customers in the region."
