Mexico. With the aim of sharing advice with installers who attend the InfoComm Mexico expo, the American manufacturer will hold workshops at the stand on both fiber optics and coaxial and network cable.
With the new ways of finishing cable, it is intended to save time in the field, as well as take care of the signal, which every day occupies more bandwidth, and therefore is more delicate with the most aggressive techniques of traditional connectorization. An example is the fiber connectors by insertion, without the need to carry a fusion machine. Or the connectors for one-piece coaxial, faster to use by any wiring technician.
In addition, for those customers who have encountered problems when carrying HDbaseT signals to more than 70 meters, Belden will be showing an installation with a 4K signal up to 100 meters. As is known, this twisted pair video protocol implies that not all cables are capable of carrying a UHD resolution. That's why Belden will demonstrate the 2183 model to drive HDbaseT safely over long distances. In addition, complementing the installation, Belden HDMIs will also be shown, which support 4K at 60 fields per second.
Regarding the distributed audio projects, the Belden stand will show the new cables for outdoor horn, which withstand moisture both for its protected conductor and for its specially treated lining. If the horn withstands weathering, the cable should also prevent oxidation of these environments.
Finally, and taking into account that InfoComm will be accompanied by Tecnotelevisión, Belden will show its panels for cameras, both Smpte and Triax, through custom assemblies. All this will be accompanied by fiber optic "pigtails" with ST termination, usual in the broadcast turn.
