Elation to present new product ranges at NAMM Show

International. Along with new lighting products from the Elation Smarty, Fuze and Paladin ranges at the 2020 NAMM Show in Anaheim, there will be completely new atmospheric effects in the company's new Magmatic range, as well as the latest lighting control products from Obsidian Control Systems.

Held January 16-19 at the Anaheim Convention Center, NAMM Show will allow the Elation team to present the following innovations:

Smarty MAX, an extreme output Spot/Beam/Wash hybrid moving head with a new 480W Platinum FLEX 400 lamp with up to 4,000 hours of smart lamp life. Combining CMY and variable CTO, this is the world's first hybrid to incorporate a full iris for dynamic beam effects. Compact and lightweight with a large 160mm front-opening lens, its ingenious design package includes four prisms in two planes, two frost plus double-gobo wheels, and dual-track animation.

Fuze SFX, a new Spot FX LED luminaire concept designed for a variety of applications that require a compact and powerful multipurpose luminaire. The SFX is capable of projecting narrow beams to wide washes using a highly efficient optical design while providing more than 12,000 lumens of output from its 300W white LED motor. Seamless CMY color mixing plus color wheel, variable frost, gobos, and zoom allow for a variety of effect options.

Three new accessories in Elation's Paladin series of versatile Blinder/Strobe/Wash lights: Paladin Cube, Paladin Brick and Paladin Panel, all with IP65 protection. These compact and powerful outdoor flood lights are useful for a wide variety of applications and can be used flexibly from the floor or truss position. Using 15W RGBW cells (9, 24, and 50 respectively), they add vibrant and powerful colors to outdoor events, while controlling individual cells and strobe light turn them into versatile effect lights or audience blinders.

Magmatic
Elation launched at LDI a completely new brand of inspiring and reliable atmospheric effects: Magmatic. Designed and distributed exclusively by Elation, NAMM will present Magma Prime, a new water-based hazer with advanced technology that provides a high-volume dry turbidity effect with low liquid consumption; Crisp, a compact but high-volume snow machine with adjustable snowflake size and quiet operation; and Prisma, an advanced series of IP65-rated UV LED lighting.

Obsidian Control Systems
Obsidian Control Systems will showcase a complete new range of data distribution products, Netron. Netron encompasses Ethernet to DMX gateway, DMX splitter, and DMX/RDM splitter solutions, and supports applications from live production and facility installations to architectural environments. It also offers DYLOS, a pixel composer that far exceeds the capabilities of regular pixel mapping systems. It is a complete set of dynamic device animation tools, exciting content generators and powerful media playback, easily accessible through a sleek and well-thought-out user interface.

All Obsidian lighting control systems run the innovative ONYX lighting control software. ONYX is a powerful yet easy-to-learn lighting control platform designed for hardware consoles and PC systems. Obsidian Control Systems products are distributed exclusively by Elation Professional worldwide and are available in various sizes to suit any scale and budget.

NAMM Show will be held January 16-19 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
