Latin America. ChauveT Professional's new Maverick Silens 2 Profile will never be noticed because of its sound. 100 percent convection-cooled LED PCB equipment is virtually silent, without attracting attention in studios for live broadcasts, recital halls, theaters or other applications where absolute tranquility is essential.
However, this 560W Profile unit will have outstanding performance as a light source, thanks to features like CMY+ CTO color mixing with CRI, R9, CQS, and TLCI, all between 91 and 97 (depending on the color temperature mixed). Other features that say a lot about this powerful and quiet equipment, include a four-sheet cutter system with rotation, a color wheel, animation wheel, a 10:1 zoom, prism, two frosts, static and rotating gobo wheels, and 16-bit attenuation with selectable redshift.

The innovative design of the Maverick Silens 2 Profile features a doughnut-shaped ring of white LEDs with an RGB LED in the center for toning (+/- green for camera use) and red change in dimming. Offering an impressive level of color reproduction versatility, the luminaire can create wonderfully saturated colors, while producing subtle pastels. Across the spectrum, the colors depicted are extremely realistic, as evidenced by the pure red hue of the device with no trace of orange.
Combining high CRI LEDs with precision optics, the Maverick Silens 2 Profile has an output of over 11,000 lumens. With an optimal shooting distance of 30-50 feet, the device offers a variety of applications for studies and scenarios. In all cases, it offers smooth, even coverage from edge to edge.
Thanks to its advanced engineering, the Maverick Silens 2 Profile offers an unprecedented level of precise and detailed control in lighting applications. For example, its frost ranges from barely noticeable, to completely diffuse. Its + or - 60 degree rotation framing shutter system supports a wide range of framing positions, while its 10:1 zoom covers beam angles of 5-50 degrees, and its completely clean blades can create a variety of shapes.
