Brazil. Alexandre Alves has been appointed as its new Service Coordinator for the Latin American market of the Company Christie. In his new position and from São Paulo, he will be responsible for interaction with internal and external customers, managing the customer service experience and coordinating Christie's service providers in the region.
Alexandre is an electrical and electronic engineer with a degree in clinical engineering and has over 25 years of experience in the AV industry. He joins Christie after nearly two years at LG Electronics Brazil, where he worked in pre-sales support for digital signage solutions. His experience also includes technical support and training positions at Barco and Sony Electronics, among others, for markets such as digital cinema, control rooms and broadcast.
In his new role at Christie, Alexandre, who will report to Clayton Brito, director of Christie Enterprise in Latin America, will ensure that Christie's partners in the region receive exceptional service and efficiency that enable them to better serve their end customers.
