Mexico. Having a high quality and sharpness of video projection is vital in industries such as entertainment, so Epson is constantly working on the development of technologies that provide a solution to these needs.
In Sound: Check Xpo, Epson presents its equipment that seeks to add to the market of events, audiovisual productions, mapping and immersive experiences, betting on 4k quality and high lumens both color and white.
With its 3-chip LCD technology, Epson remains at the forefront with solutions of 13K, 16K, 20K and 30K lumens, adding a high contrast ratio
In this sense and adding to the activities that require outdoor audiovisual productions, Epson is present at Sound:Check Xpo with laser projectors EB-PU2213B, EB-PU2216B, EB-PU2220B and Pro L30000UNL:
With the EB-PU2213B projector, Epson bets on productivity in a compact size, with 13 thousand lumens and 4K improvement, this equipment is optimized for live events with 3G-SDI input and output, in addition to having integrated NFC functionality to streamline the installations of several projectors through the mobile application Epson Projector Configuration Tool (EPCT) easy to use for Android and iOS.
Epson's compact and ultra-light EB-PU2216B projector accepts 4K content and offers up to 4.6 million pixels on screen for an incredibly sharp and vibrant image, as well as 16,000 lumens with the same brightness in color and white, designed for large auditoriums, live events, concerts and conference rooms, where it allows to create immersive experiences of high impact.
The EB-PU2220B is the world's smallest and lightest 20,000-lumen projector, using a virtually maintenance-free 20,000-hour laser light source, making it ideal for live events thanks to 3G-SDI input and output that easily adapt to daisy-chaining and long cable runs, and the optional attachable PixAlign™ Camera that provides access to powerful features, including projector stacking assist, tile assist for edge blending, color calibration, and screen matching.
On the other hand, the Pro L30000UNL is Epson's brightest projector, offering 30mil lumens in both color and white, as well as native WUXGA resolution with 4K enhancement technology, ideal for live events and staging, auditoriums, conference rooms and other applications for large spaces. It supports high dynamic range (HDR) content: HDR104 (PQ) and Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG) and features a mosaic wizard for projecting large images.
"Most of the events where audiovisual productions are involved, such as social, mapping and concerts, have already returned to a face-to-face outdoor modality, which is why they require equipment that provides long range while maintaining a great image without sacrificing quality or color. Therefore, Epson works on technologies that not only comply with the projection of images and videos, but also achieve complete immersion with compact and high-strength equipment," said Leopoldo Parra, Sales and Marketing Manager for Business Products at Epson Mexico.
