With a capacity of more than 2,000 national and international specialists in the installation and maintenance of technological solutions, this edition was held at the World Trade Center in Mexico City, in a space of more than 3,300 square meters, where he presented the new trends in technology and its supplies, as well as training, networking, conferences with specialists of global renown and business opportunities.

In addition to integrators made up of national and international companies that provide service to different corporations globally, there was the participation and exhibition of world-renowned firms in the technology sector such as LG, BenQ, Lenovo, Sony, Logitech, Samsung, Epson, Panduit, Chauvet, Dahua, among many others, which presented their latest ranges of cutting-edge solutions.

"We had more than 70 exhibitors and around 120 brands, as well as very important global exhibitors including companies from China that are part of the Official Chinese Trade Agency, which bring technology of high relevance to the telecommunications sector and that could not participate in the previous edition of the fair, due to sanitary restrictions of the pandemic", said Verónica Marín, Project Manager IntegraTec.

Other international associations that were part of IntegraTEC 2023 were the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) and KNX Association which is a network communications protocol standard for smart buildings; as well as others in which renowned brands and specialists converge for audio, video, lighting, digital signage, connectivity, broadcast and streaming industries.

History of IntegraTEC
integratecThe fair has more than 15 years of accumulated experience in the Latin American region and after observing the changing needs of the market, especially after the pandemic and the implementation of remote and hybrid work in all sectors; was formed as IntegraTEC of the evolution and fusion of the TMI LATAM, DataNet and Tecnotelevisión & Radio fairs, with presence in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.

"Our goal was to include in the same space all the technological solutions that are required in the Latin American market to create fully digitized spaces, including connectivity network infrastructure, intelligent lighting, signage, videoconferencing, etc., which can only be found in similar fairs in Asia or Europe. It is necessary to bring them closer to Latin American integrators who are not in a position to move to those latitudes," Marín added.

This year the fair gave greater focus to the hotel industry that, due to its transversality in the axes of audio, video, lighting, broadcast and connectivity, is considered an industry that requires cutting-edge solutions for its recovery, after the pandemic, which can be reflected in the increase in satisfaction in the experiences of its guests, as well as in environmental care.

The second topic in importance for the fair was virtuality at work, including the broadcast segment in radio and television, as well as in corporate and industries that require applications for remote and hybrid work and in educational institutions, for remote classes; A trend that will reach any activity that uses these resources and that have maintained an important boom after the pandemic.

In addition, the CALA Awards 2023 for the "Best AV Integration Project" was presented, consisting of a contest, in which national technology integrators participate, which was awarded to the company Convergint for its "MIS Ceará Modernization Project" of Fortaleza Brazil.

The next appointment of the IntegraTec fair circuit will be in Colombia, on October 26 and 27 at the Corferias convention center in Bogotá.
