Colombia. The Colombian firm Integración AV held an immersive event at Microsoft's offices in Bogotá with the support of the brands it represents, under the theme "The land is preserved, learning and the workplace evolve".
The two-day event focused on the education and corporate sectors and featured brands such as Shure, Crestron, Jabra, Microsoft and SAVe.
Carolina Sosa, from AV Integration, explained to AVI Latin America that "The experience had construction spaces, to get to know each other and talk about the challenges that each one has with technology. We had some AI and facial and emotion recognition, did alchemy over breakfast, and tested Crestron's automation system currently installed in Microsoft offices, Shure's new MXA 902 microphone, Jabra's panacast 50, and Microsoft's Teams Rooms video conferencing platform."
This experience was supported by David Román and Ernest Russo from Shure, Hernando Forero from Crestron, Vivian Martínez, Andrés Zuleta, Viviana Guío and Julián Pachón from Jabra, Javier Romero from Microsoft, Juan Carlos Gutiérrez and Carolina Sosa as ambassadors of SAVe and the AV Integration team led by Luis Alejandro Martínez.
"The first day was done for the education sector. We invited 20 institutions from the city of Bogota such as Universidad de Los Andes, El Bosque, Gran Colombia, Universidad Militar and some schools such as Andino and Los Alcaparros, this day we had 22 attendees in total. On the second day the workshop was aimed at the corporate sector, we invited 20 clients and we were accompanied by people from companies such as Siemens, Alimentos Polar, the District Secretariat of Security, Architects and Construction Companies, this day we had 20 attendees," added Carolina Sosa.
Thanks to the success of the event, which had the digital appropriation agency AtalnttiCO, in charge of directing the entire experience, AV Integration is preparing new versions of the event.
