In the case of Samsung, the company's revenue share of flat screen TVs reached 22.8% in the third quarter of the year, in addition to leading the sector in all regions of the world except Japan, where it does not sell televisions. In detail the company takes the first place in sales of LCD and plasma, while in CRT televisions it occupies the second position.
The second place worldwide is occupied by LG that presented a slight decrease to place its revenue share at 13.1%, also placing it in the second position for the LCD and plasma market and leading the CRT television market with more than double the revenue of any other brand for that concept.
For its part, Sony was positioned as the third brand worldwide in the field of flat screens, followed by Panasonic and Sharp. Precisely Sharp, is the most sought after brand for screens of 60 "or more.
