Mexico. Between November 28 and 30, InfoComm International will hold the Network Technology course at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in the World Trade Center in Mexico City, in person and in Spanish.
This course is aimed at AV professionals who design, implement, maintain or manage networked AV systems. It is a basic knowledge class for all AV professionals, as it teaches a basic understanding of information technology and IP networks. Learn to understand and solve problems of the network that supports the system your audiovisual installation.
Among the contents of the course are topics such as basic concepts of the network; the physical layer, data link layer, routing and transport layers, network operating systems, introduction to the server, web services and servers, remote access and long-distance communications, maintenance of a network, fundamentals of network troubleshooting, and design and installation of a new network.
The three days of training, which will take place between 08:30hrs and 17:30hrs, cost US$450 for InfoComm members. And for non-members it's $650.
