Latin America. Sony Latin America presented its new comprehensive online platform, in which its e-commerce page and its corporate page merge, in order to offer a better digital experience to its customers and users in Latin America.
When electronic information is vital and, understanding that simplicity and efficiency are some of the most important features today, Sony Latin America carried out a complete redesign in which it hosts, in a single point of contact, all the relevant company information, as well as the different product options for online purchases. In an effort to unify its communication and sales channels in the digital area, Sony Latin America today offers a concept of 'single window' in all countries of the region, standardizing the way of interaction with customers.
In this way, users of the Sony platform in Colombia will be able to access all integrated digital services from August 10. The new interface will be able to be consulted progressively throughout Latin America, by Mexico and Chile at the end of August and Argentina and Peru in September.
Sony's new online platform will be updated automatically, which is why users will be able to continue accessing this new format through the usual contact page in their countries. The website (corporate information page and online store), will be compatible with any type of device: PC, Smartphone and Tablets, therefore access will be, virtually, possible from anywhere. In this way, visitors to the website will be able to make their virtual purchases 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
With regard to security and data protection, users will also be able to be assured that the new platform has been developed under all global standards of e-commerce security and protection, as well as online fraud detection.
