Mexico. In the framework prior to the inauguration of the Expo TecnoMultimedia InfoComm 2015, the meeting of women in the Audiovisual medium was held for the second time, thanks to the infoComm association and the initiative of Margarita Reyes, director of G4 audio and video.
This year it was possible to count on the presence of a greater number of congregants at the breakfast held at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Mexico City.
The meeting covered topics such as the growth and balance of women in work and personal environments, as well as proposals on how to improve and increase the presence of women in companies, especially in the technological and audiovisual branches, analyzing the areas where they are lacking or failing that have greater strength to increase these virtues and obtain better results with tools such as courses, seminars, among others.
And it is noteworthy the importance that this women's movement has taken, which has allowed us to identify that there are many women who are part of the AV industry from technical positions and not only commercial or administrative.
A detail that did not go unnoticed was that those who were responsible for managing the audiovisual systems of the room where the meeting was held, were also women.
