United States. The sound control solutions company Auralex Acoustics, presented its free personalized acoustic analysis service for rooms, Digital PRAF.
This digital process allows the information of the room in consultation to be fed directly into the Auralex database, and that the company's specialists can make the assessment of the acoustic needs of the room.
Direct data collection shortens the process and total time of acoustic analysis. However, if customers want analysis in a traditional way, Auralex authorized distributors will have it on hand.
The new form will allow customers to enter the requested data, in addition to uploading drawings and photographs directly into the Auralex Customer Relationship Management software.
This information is used to represent an acoustic model of the space and to determine the most effective acoustic plan and treatment for the room and specific applications.
After Auralex receives the applications, they are sorted geographically and referred to the appropriate application specialist. Within two to three working days, the specialist reviews the information and makes suggestions for the products and their placement.
The new free digital PRAF has replaced the download Auralex form PRAF in PDF format and is available here.
