Uruguay. To take advantage of the waiting times that customers must endure in stores when looking for personalized attention or paying for products, a Uruguayan company has created a software for digital signage that allows to control the contents remotely in all points of sale.
Visor PDV seeks that customers can receive commercial information about products and promotions in videos, images and animations in their waiting times, through screens installed at strategic points of commercial stores, useful for any type of public.
To this end, the company has different options and proposals for digital signage. Among them are screens for cash registers, rotary screens and gondolas exclusive to a brand or a product.
But it can also be applied to the internal communication of companies, in which it is sought to keep employees updated with information, as well as generate a more fluid relationship that allows better organizational development.
And although Visor PDV is a new company, as it has been in the Uruguayan market for a year, one of its main customers is the Multiahorro store chain, with its three business lines: Multiahorro, Multiahorro Express and Multiahorro Hogar, in all of them it has its different types of screens installed.
The company's representatives say that the main function of its solutions is to generate new advertising strategies that affect the purchase decision of customers and that can be updated or adjusted in real time.
