Caséta Wireless, system for integrated home control

Latin America. Lutron Electronics presented in Latin America the Caséta Wireless system, the newest residential solution for the total control of electric and natural lighting.

It offers a variety of applications for the comfort of the family such as closing the curtains from the bed, dimming the lighting from the sofa to enjoy a movie, turning on the lights of the house from the car, programming the lighting and curtains to automatically adjust at certain times of the day according to the amount of natural light available and that the lights turn off completely when the whole family has already left.

Also, through the Smart Bridge and Smart Bridge Pro mobile intercoms it is possible to connect each of its components to other systems (such as security, audio and video) and control them from a smartphone or tablet through the internet.

Caséta Wireless is composed of five components, including dimmers or wall switches, plug-in attenuators, the Pico remote control, electronic blinds and the Smart Bridge, which allows all these components to be integrated to form a total control system of electric and natural lighting in a residential space.

The Smart Bridge intercom is also available in Pro version, which, in addition to communicating and controlling all Lutron devices, can be integrated with other systems, such as security and third-party audio and video control, as well as with the widest variety of Lutron blinds and curtains.

Mobile control is carried out through the Lutron app for iOS and Android mobile devices via the Wi-Fi router with Ethernet cable connection.  Simple and intuitive, the app provides home control from anywhere and is also available on the new AppleWatch.

The Lutron app can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
