Digital billboards improve communications in companies

Venezuela. One of the main challenges presented today by all companies, regardless of their business area, is to maintain effective communication with each of their employees. Reaching all the parts that make life in an organization has been a pending assignment for human resources management and the application of platforms such as the Intranet and email, in many cases, represents a disorganized way to carry out this important task. What is the effective solution? The use of Digital Billboards.

This is where the Venezuelan company Imvinet adapts the ACO system, to help companies to enhance and optimize a striking, impactful and company-owned communication channel. Where no employee will be exempt from exposure to the media, thus guaranteeing, through the use of Digital Billboards, the presentation of real-time information on company news, new events, sales table, business management and much more.

Digital Billboards, today, guarantee an exposure of more than 95% for employees, figures that are not achieved by means such as intranet and email. We must bear in mind that not all employees have an email and do not have a Smartphone. These numbers are what have motivated large companies such as Sanitas de Venezuela, Empresas Polar, Nestlé, Chevron and many others, the adoption of this digital medium. Do you want to know what other companies are currently using the Digital Billboard system provided by IMVINET?

The ACO system, made with 100% Venezuelan technology, which today has export quality and is endorsed by the Digital Signage Federation and expert organizations in Digital Signage such as Digital Signage Experts, establishes an intuitive platform so that the entire team in charge of managing the internal communications of the companies, has the ability to send messages to all its employees, that will be reproduced on LED screens, located at strategic points, thus guaranteeing a greater range.

- Publicidad -

If companies have several branches, one of the main benefits is that all LED monitors are updated in real time, reproducing the same information in all branches, which guarantees to save time and improve the speed of the message.
