Extron's HDMI distribution amplifiers, also known as HDMI splitters, are designed for reliable operation in commercial AV applications. They are HDCP compliant and equipped with two unique Extron technologies. EDID Minder automatically handles EDID communication between connected devices, and Key Minder continuously authenticates HDCP encryption.
Extron DisplayPort distribution amplifiers share many of the same functions and features for commercial AV applications that include this signal format. Like HDMI models, they are HDCP compliant and equipped with EDID Minder and Key Minder. They also include many of the same easy-to-integrate features, as well as dual-mode DisplayPort support.
Extron's single link DVI distribution amplifiers distribute digitally equalized video signals to multiple devices. They support computer resolutions up to 1920x1200 at 60 Hz, including HDTV 1080p/60. Most models also include EDID Minder, which automatically manages EDID communication between connected devices.
