Velocity Premier Services Remote Gateway (AT-VPS-RG) streamlines important tasks including system installation, device configuration and troubleshooting, as well as credential and firmware updates from any device with a browser or Internet connection. The result is a more efficient and reliable method of servicing and supporting end users remotely.
It also uses cloud technology, VPS-RG that establishes a secure proxy connection between a server and the gateway over the Internet. This allows resellers, integrators, or IT administrators to configure systems and manage devices remotely without having to directly access the corporate network, reducing costs associated with on-site visits and truck trips, as well as increasing responsiveness to support issues.
The intuitive online dashboard provides centralized access to manage multiple gateways. It also supports storing manual and recurring system backups in the cloud. In case a problem arises on the site, you can download the latest VPS-RG configuration and restore it to the gateway.
