With the results obtained for this edition in Mexico, TecnoMultimedia InfoComm is consolidated as one of the most important spaces of the audiovisual industry in Latin America, a region where not only the consumer market stands out, but in which services have been gaining a relevant participation within the AV sector by reaching, for 2012, a third of the market with 31%, according to InfoComm International.
"Latin America represents an emerging sector where the services and consumer markets have not evolved as two separate and distinct entities. The line between the two is very thin compared to more mature ones such as those in North America and Western Europe," the association states in its study on Strategy and Definition of the Global Audiovisual Market.
TecnoMultimedia Mexico will run until Friday, August 10 at 8:00 p.m. and can be seen live through the event's web portal (www.tecnomultimedia.com), and avi Latin America Magazine (www.avilatinoamerica.com)
