Technology and training at TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Colombia

Colombia. Pavilion four of the Corferias Convention Center in the city of Bogotá, is preparing to receive TecnoMultimedia InfoComm, the congress and commercial exhibition where companies and professionals from the audiovisual sector of Latin America converge.

This edition in Colombia will take place over two days. On Thursday, November 6, the 3,030 square meters that make up the Commercial Exhibition will open, and will serve as a showcase for the nearly 100 participating companies to exhibit their new developments.

Among the companies that will be present during the fair are companies such as Automa, Bose, Barco, Christie, Crestron, Crambo, Dataton, Elation Lighting, Epson, Kramer, Monoprice, Sony Colombia, Universal Music, Yamaha, among others.

Likewise, the Fair will complement the exhibition days with the academic programming of the Infocomm Seminars and technical-commercial talks, the latter of free admission.

Among the talks included in the Infocomm Seminars are topics such as:

- Important elements for a quality video conference
- Collaboration at the Center of the Digital Universe
- Understanding AVB and its advantages
- Design of Line Arrays in concert halls
- AV Installations in the Educational Environment
- New Audio Technologies in AV Integration Projects
- Mapping: The world is your canvas
- Design of efficient RF Networks

Similarly, on Thursday, November 6, the AV Latino Contest 2014 will also be awarded. Recognition granted by AVI Latin America magazine to the best audiovisual installations made in the region during the last two years.

In its first version, the Contest received applications for installations made in Chile, Brazil and Colombia. All highlighted by the technical quality, innovation and transcendence of the project, focused on the categories: corporate, commercial and entertainment.

TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Colombia will be held at the Centro Internacional de Negocios y Exposiciones Corferias in the city of Bogotá on November 6 and 7, 2014.
