Mexico. The Mexico chapter of Bicsi, the association that promotes the information and communication technology community, has reached an agreement to support the 2015 version of TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Mexico.
Bicsi seeks to give its members the opportunity to take the initiative and succeed in their field of work. It recently began a process of strengthening its presence in Latin America, with products and services in Spanish.
One of its most outstanding chapters are its standards and certifications. Since its inception as the BICSI Standards Committee, the BICSI Standards Program creates standards and guidelines for use in the design, installation, and integration of information technology systems (ITS) and related telecommunications fields. In 1999, BICSI became an ANSI accredited entity. In 2001, BICSI, in partnership with ANSI and NECA, released its first standard, and has since published seven standards.
For Víctor Alarcón, Project Manager of TecnoMultimedia InfoComm, this is an important support that the fair receives due to the growing AV/IT relationship. In addition, he stressed that the support of an outstanding international association is the result of the constant growth and solidity of the fair, which consolidates its presence in Mexico.
TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Mexico will be held between August 12 and 14 at the World Trade Center convention center in Mexico City. For more information about the event visit www.tecnomultimedia.com
