International. One of the most knowledgeable, experienced and affable professionals in the lighting industry, Matthias Hinrichs, has joined Elation Professional as Product Manager.

Latin America. Avixa announced election results for its 2018 Board of Directors and Leadership Search Committee (LSC). Jeff Day, CEO of Bluewater Technologies, was elected Secretary-Treasurer of the Avixa Board. Avixa members also elected Samantha (Sam) Phenix, Vice President of Research and Development at Planar Systems, and Wallace Johnson, CTS, Vice President of Business Development, Mertzcrew, to the Board.

Colombia. The 2017 Global Leaders' Summit for the United Nations (UN) Global Compact recognized tania Cosentino, Schneider Electric's president for South America, and 10 other pioneers for their work to meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), on September 21 in New York. 

International. As part of its expansion in the Americas, the Company Datapath appointed two professionals with extensive experience to handle sales in the United States. 

Mexico. To develop and coordinate strategic business execution and support new and existing customers, focusing on innovation to transform networks in the future, based on reinforced strategic direction in 5G, cloud, digital services, Internet of Things and managed services, Ericsson appointed Elie Hanna as President Ericsson Mexico, Americas and the Caribbean.
