Shure expands presence in Mexico with new office

Mexico. Shure announced the opening of its new office in Mexico City. Within the framework of its "Open House Shure" event, and with the presence of its customers and friends, the company opened the doors of this new space that aims to bring the brand even closer to Mexican customers and provide support to the market, together with Representaciones de Audio, distributor of the brand in the country.

"The Shure office is a space that is available to all our customers, in addition to the many resources we already have in Mexico with our distributor for more than two decades Audio Representations, and with our factory in Juarez that this year celebrates 35 years in the country," said José A. Rivas, Shure's vice president of global sales for emerging markets.

Rivas reinforced the importance of this market for the company: "Our mission is to deliver products of excellent quality, innovative solutions, unparalleled customer service and technical service. Shure continues to invest to improve the way we serve the market, while pursuing new opportunities for our brand. For these reasons, we have decided to increase our presence with this new office and redouble our efforts in favor of our business in Mexico. This will have a positive effect for our brand, our distributor and for all our customers."

The Open House Shure was held over three days at Shure's new offices, located in the Miguel Hidalgo area of Mexico City. The new office has the most advanced audio products and state-of-the-art solutions for videoconferencing, one of the company's key markets.

This action strengthens our relationship of more than 25 years and our commitment to customers and users."

Finally, José Rivas reiterated his confidence in the growth of the Mexican market and pointed out the future vision of the brand: "Shure's goal is to continue evolving as a company to provide new products and innovative technologies, hand in hand with a quality service for all our customers."
